Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 100% refund minus € 100 administration costs.
    (€ 50,- for an Ecommerce Europe Annual Conference ticket)
  • Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 14 days, no refunds

 

  • Cancellation must be in writing by email. The effective date is the date of dispatch.
  • If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost.

 

  • Please, inform us about the substitutions in writing so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.
